Amrita's Thoughts:
Strolling along the streets of George Town is an education in local history, as every building tells a story through its weathered structures and unique ornamentation. It is no wonder that George Town is one of UNESCO’s world heritage sites. The FE 16-35mm F2.8 G Master wide-angle zoom lens was ideal in capturing the vibrancy of Penang culture around George Town. The high-resolution offered by the lens allowed me to shoot dynamic backgrounds with immaculate detail. Coupled with its compact size and near-silent autofocus motor, it was the perfect lens for street photography. The icing on the cake was the excellent flare suppression, especially when I had to consider the street lights while photographing and corner-to-corner sharpness.
